Tavoitteena on tunnistaa alueen kulttuurimatkailun vahvuudet, kontaktoida toimijoita ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 verkostoitumista eri kuntien v\u00e4lill\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 muutos voi n\u00e4ky\u00e4 hankkeen kohderyhm\u00e4ss\u00e4, kuten taiteilijoissa ja kulttuurin tuottajissa, yhteisty\u00f6n mahdollisuuksina ja liiketoiminnan kehittymisen\u00e4. Asiakas- ja kuluttajarajapinnan ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen auttaa ajoittamaan palveluita paremmin asiakkaiden tarpeiden mukaisesti.<br><strong>Ty\u00f6paketissa 2<\/strong> pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n Luova Triangelin toimijoiden osaamista kaupallisesti, liiketoiminnallisesti ja kansainv\u00e4lisesti. Koulutuksilla ja ty\u00f6pajoilla tuetaan taiteellisen alan toimijoiden pyrkimyst\u00e4 ammattimaiseen taiteilijan ty\u00f6h\u00f6n. Muutos t\u00e4ss\u00e4 voi n\u00e4ky\u00e4 osaamisen parantumisena, verkosto-osaamisen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntymisen\u00e4 ja mahdollisuutena p\u00e4\u00e4toimiseen taiteilijan uraan.<br><strong>Ty\u00f6paketti 3<\/strong> keskittyy luontokohteiden ja kulttuurikohteiden yhdist\u00e4miseen sek\u00e4 saavutettavuuden ja yhteismarkkinoinnin parantamiseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 muutos voi n\u00e4ky\u00e4 alueen asukkaille ja kansallisille sek\u00e4 kansainv\u00e4lisille matkailijoille entist\u00e4 houkuttelevampana mahdollisuutena tutustua alueen luontoon ja kulttuuriin. Harvaan asuttujen alueiden ty\u00f6llisyyden paraneminen voi olla yksi konkreettinen vaikutus.<br><strong>Ty\u00f6paketti 4<\/strong> keskittyy kulttuurimatkailupalveluiden ja -tuotteiden pilotointiin ja kehitt\u00e4miseen. Muutos voi n\u00e4ky\u00e4 uusina el\u00e4myksellisin\u00e4 matkailupalveluina, kulttuurin ja luonnon yhdist\u00e4misen\u00e4 sek\u00e4 sesonkiaikojen pident\u00e4misen\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi houkutella matkailijoita alueelle my\u00f6s perinteisten sesonkiaikojen ulkopuolella ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 alueen taloudellista toimeliaisuutta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hankkeen tarve ja tausta<\/strong><br>Luova Triangeli -hanke vastaa maaseutualueiden toimijoiden tarpeeseen verkostoitua ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 sek\u00e4 kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 liiketoimintaa ja tunnistaa olemassa oleva liiketoimintapotentiaali. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi kattaa esimerkiksi kulttuurimatkailuun liittyvien palvelujen laajentamisen, yhteisty\u00f6n taiteilijoiden ja muiden toimijoiden kanssa sek\u00e4 uusien sesonkien kehitt\u00e4misen.<br><strong>2) Osaamisen kehittyminen<\/strong>: Ty\u00f6paketissa 2 keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n Luova Triangelin toimijoiden osaamisen kehitt\u00e4miseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi tuoda suoran hy\u00f6dyn taiteilijoille, auttaen heit\u00e4 paremmin ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n liiketoimintaa ja mahdollistaa p\u00e4\u00e4toimisen ammattimaisen taiteilijana ty\u00f6skentelyn. Osaamisen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyminen voi my\u00f6s parantaa taiteilijoiden mahdollisuuksia ty\u00f6llisty\u00e4 ja ansaita taiteellisesta ty\u00f6st\u00e4\u00e4n.<br><strong>3) Kulttuurikohteiden ja -tapahtumien saavutettavuuden parantaminen<\/strong>: Ty\u00f6paketissa 3 keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n saavutettavuuden ja yhteismarkkinoinnin kehitt\u00e4miseen my\u00f6s kansainv\u00e4lisest\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi johtaa siihen, ett\u00e4 alueen kulttuurikohteet ja -tapahtumat tulevat paremmin saataville ja tunnetuiksi. T\u00e4m\u00e4 taas voi houkutella enemm\u00e4n matkailijoita alueelle ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 paikallisten yritysten liiketoimintaa.<br><strong>4) Kulttuurimatkailupalveluiden ja -tuotteiden pilotointi<\/strong>: Ty\u00f6paketissa 4 pilotoidaan uusia kulttuurimatkailupalveluja ja -tuotteita. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi tuoda suoran hy\u00f6dyn niille, jotka osallistuvat n\u00e4ihin palveluihin ja tuotteisiin, kuten matkailijoille ja paikallisille asukkaille. N\u00e4iden palvelujen avulla voi tarjota uusia el\u00e4myksi\u00e4 ja aktiviteetteja alueella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mahdollisia my\u00f6hemmin ilmenevi\u00e4 vaikutuksia ovat:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>5) Alueellinen taloudellinen kasvu<\/strong>: Kest\u00e4v\u00e4n kehityksen mukaisen liiketoiminnan lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyminen voi johtaa alueelliseen taloudelliseen kasvuun. Uusien yritysten perustaminen ja olemassa olevien yritysten vahvistuminen voivat lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ty\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4 ja paikallisen talouden elinvoimaisuutta.<br><strong>6) Kulttuurimatkailun kasvu<\/strong>: Parantunut kulttuurimatkailupalvelujen ja -tuotteiden saavutettavuus ja laatu voivat houkutella enemm\u00e4n matkailijoita alueelle. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi johtaa kulttuurimatkailun kasvuun, mik\u00e4 puolestaan voi tukea paikallisia yrityksi\u00e4 ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 alueen tunnettavuutta matkailukohteena.<br><strong>7) Kulttuurin ja taiteen vahvempi rooli alueella<\/strong>: Osaamisen kehitt\u00e4minen taiteellisilla aloilla voi tuoda lis\u00e4\u00e4 kulttuurista ja taiteellista sis\u00e4lt\u00f6\u00e4 alueelle. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi vahvistaa alueen kulttuuri-identiteetti\u00e4 ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 paikallista ylpeytt\u00e4 omasta kulttuurista.<br><strong>8) Kest\u00e4v\u00e4n matkailun edist\u00e4minen<\/strong>: Hankkeessa korostetaan kest\u00e4v\u00e4n matkailun periaatteiden noudattamista. T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi edist\u00e4\u00e4 ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6vastuullisten matkailijoiden houkuttelemista alueelle ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4 tietoisuutta kest\u00e4vist\u00e4 matkailuk\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ist\u00e4.<br><strong>9) Yhteisty\u00f6n ja verkostoitumisen vahvistuminen<\/strong>: Hankkeen aikana luotu verkosto ja yhteisty\u00f6mallit voivat jatkua ja vahvistua my\u00f6s hankkeen p\u00e4\u00e4ttymisen j\u00e4lkeen. The project<br>is needed to raise the profile of cultural tourism destinations in the region at national level and<br>nationally and internationally and to develop their accessibility and co-marketing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, the following development needs have emerged during the preparation of the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing the business skills of actors in the region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closer cooperation between cultural and tourism operators in the region to develop new cultural tourism services<br>the need to create cultural services that are part of the region&#8217;s<br>products sold by tourism entrepreneurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The region has built on the work of previous projects, e.g. the Kattilakoski<br>residency activities have developed and the Pyh\u00e4j\u00e4rvi residency activities have started. This work will be<br>will be continued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of cultural tourism destinations in the region, development of a co-marketing model for them and<br>improving their accessibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The region&#8217;s internationalisation potential is untapped, and this requires cooperation, joint<br>resources and skills development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a need for practical measures, implemented in cooperation between operators from different sectors<br>business development experiments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Target group of the project<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The actual target groups of the project are primarily businesses and other actors (associations,<br>foundations) in the cultural and creative sectors (e.g. artists and programme service providers) and in the tourism and<br>catering and leisure sectors. The project also targets<br>municipalities and development organisations in the region and local culture experts, such as<br>local heritage associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The need for the Creative Triangle project is highlighted for several reasons.
